<Oak Value Fund
2004 Report: http://www.oakvaluefund.com/pdf/ov-iar4q04.pdf

Portfolio additions during 2004:
Autozone, Diageo, Viacom (during Q4)

Portfolio eliminations during 2004:
Charter Communications, Cox Communications (during Q4 because the company was being bought out), Walt Disney, Interpublic Group, Merck, XL Capital (during Q4).

Top Ten Holdings:
Ambac Financial 5.4%, Autozone 5.4%, Berkshire Hathaway 9.3%, Cadburry Schweppes 5.4%, Cendant 5.3%, Comcast 5.5%, Constellation Brands 7.1%, E.W. Scripps 6.2%, Time Warner 6.0%, Zale Corp. 7.0%.>

I agree with their portfolio eliminations.

I think Berkshire Hathaway and Cendant are dirt cheap right now.
