<You know how the markets work after an important announcement, rate decision, etc - they probe both sides until they find out where the size is, if is not overwhelmingly obvious immediately.>

Made for a good trade. Went into Friday with SSO (double long the SPX) and had the radio on all day until passage of the bailout was no longer in doubt. Promptly sold SSO and bought SDS (double short SPX) and closed it at 12:58. Best trading day ever. Had a plan some luck and the market obliged.

Now I am back to monitoring mode. See what the week brings. I will go with it. Maybe in a few weeks or months I will buy a long position with the intent to hold but for now I trade the market.
