lucky you ?? hope you are young & buy to hold you will need to do it!meeting summary as i saw it.ceo podany admitted to undesirable results for 2000 & outlook for remainder of this year no better.Co.heavy in debth.A question from floor concerning sale of sko,merger,or any transfer of management brought a no comment co policy.I addressed meeting with a comment & question.Comment concerned co.being disconneted with customers of sko & pamida which i personally experienced.again no response.Question (has management considered reinstating cash dividends if ever returning to profitibilty?Responce from CEO Podnay "because of debt there will be no cash dividends the money is better spent paying down the debt.this policy will be reviewed in the future.Any one interested in green bay press gazette article by business editor Steven Bruss titled ShopKos CEO switch was needed June 4, 2001 e-mail sbruss@greenbaypressgazette.com This report is not intended to offend or infulence anyone,it contains my observations only.
