Well, this was a surprise.

... today announcement that its Board of Directors declared an annual cash dividend of $0.07 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 29, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 30, 2012...

Guess I missed that on their last earnings announcement. That is equivalent to their total cash on hand. I guess they're really comfortable with the amount of free cash flow they're generating (or they are wanting to monetize their holdings...). Doesn't seem like a really smart use of cash to me, if they need to keep growing 20-25%...
