On a pro-forma basis, Macromedia doubled expectations by posting a 14 cents/share profit. GAAP earnings were 18 cents/share (which seems strange that GAAP earnings were higher than pro-forma earnings). Last year, MACR lost 17 cents (PF) / 74 cents (GAAP) in the quarter.

So, good results, I'd say.

Too bad I don't own any shares right now, because it's up 17%.
