Jetform was an Individual Investor Magazine Magic 25 stock in 1997 and I also believe it was included in their 1998 list. The magazine's Magic 25 list is their 25 yearly, mostly small cap picks to beat the market.
A fair amount of information can be found through this source via www.iionline.com
