My local brew supply store recently closed. I've been panicking for the last few days and now I'm trying to move to a recovery stage.

There are other stores generally about an hour in any direction. I'm considering using mail order instead.

My question is does anyone have any experience with mail ordering brew supplies and specific shops. Or should I suck it up and make the drive every time I want a brew supply? If it makes a difference I'm located in Rockville, MD (a suburb of Washington DC).

Any insight would be appreciated.
