Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out my filing status, and need some help. I was married from Sept 5th to year end, but just got recently divorced. I was wondering if it was ok for me to file single, or if I need to file as married. Since I somehow doubt I'll be able to pull off a married-filing-jointly form with my ex, I'd love to file single and save the world of hurt married-filing-seperately gives you.

Any help appreciated,
Evil Ed
