Hello Fools!I am planning to start a real estate investment business, and was thinking that a simple way to start would be to form an LLC, and then purchase a condo for use as my personal residence. The LLC would own the property and rent it to me as an individual. Is this type of arrangement allowed? If not, then what is the difference between my scenario and owning a 2-4 unit building and living there as an owner-occupant? Thanks in advance for your help.
