MCO is quite detailed and gives many possible variations for each opening. I purchased it from Barnes and Noble. You should be able to order it even from Amazon or Borders.

I was beaten black and blue(in Chess ;-) by a person using the Latvian opening. He led me to the MCO. This boom is not recomended for absolute beginners. The best way to follow MCO is by playing out those openings. If you have some knowledge of chess, then the book is awesome.
