Just wondering how y'all measure your running distance. I know my average pace, but I would like a more exact way to measure the distance and mileage splits. I tend to look for new running trails (especially since I've recently moved) so it's sometimes tough to keep track of how long I've ran and when it's time to head back.Do you keep track of time/distance in your head or do you use a pedometer-type device? If it's a device, please suggest/review one.Thanks in advance.
