Meditating feels like you are nowhere and everywhere at the same time.

Once you achieve the above, your meditation can develop to higher levels.

This is the type of meditation I practice. There are many roads to getting to that point.

Yes, there is a concentration meditation, constantly imaging a word, but is is a short road without long term results.

This is not what I was referring to. What I was referring to was formulating a question prior to entering meditation and releasing the question. Then meditating until you feel "like you are nowhere and everywhere at the same time".

You do not concentrate on the question during meditation. That's not meditation. That's 'monkey mind'.
