Actually it's Kevin (cfofool) and not David?,

And I had been meaning to send you an email on the other topic- work has gotten pretty busy and in the way.

The Fiengold diet eliminates all artificial flavors and colors as well as naturally occurring salycilates (sp?). There have been a number of amazingly successful case studies. We definately notice when our daughter gets "forbidden foods", but it hasn't proven to be a miracle cure in our case. I would recommend it for anyone to take a look at. I believe the info is at www.faus.org. It works especially well for ADD kids.

Hope this helps. And don't beat yourself up regarding savings. Putting a realistic plan in place and taking the first steps toward making it happen are real achievements.

Good Luck,
