The Fiengold diet eliminates all artificial flavors and colors as well as naturally occurring salycilates (sp?). There have been a number of amazingly successful case studies. We definately notice when our daughter gets "forbidden foods", but it hasn't proven to be a miracle cure in our case. I would recommend it for anyone to take a look at. I believe the info is at www.faus.org. It works especially well for ADD kids.
