To The men and women who serve or have served, and the husbands, wives, mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, friends and relatives of those, my thanks for my freedom.

The simple pleasure of being allowed to argue and disagree with those who do not share my sterling vision of the world is priceless, but it comes with a huge cost.
