Stockholders of Bergen Brunswig Corporation (NYSE:BBC) and PharMerica, Inc. (NASDAQ:DOSE) voted to approve the merger of the two companies. Under terms of the merger, which is expected to close by the end of April, shareowners of PharMerica will receive a fixed exchange ratio of 0.275 of a share of Bergen Brunswig common stock for each share of PharMerica stock they own.
