Really can't understand the Merger Deal between CVI & KRT . When the Merger was announced the Share Price of CVI was almost 3 Dollars HIGHER than Price of KRT.
And the merger was set up to issue NEW SHARES at the Ratio of 1 for 1 for each REIT ?? That doesn't seem fair to Shareholders of CVI [ That includes me also ]
Now the CVI Price is going down & KRT is coming up to match CVI ??? Any Idea's besides selling out ?? ALCS.
