The CEO of MHR gave a presentation at the 2011 EnerCom Conference on 2/23. He stated that the company would issue a new series of pfd...D issue.... and call in their outstanding C issue at the end of the year. The remarks start at about 20:45 on the timeline. The yield to call here is in the neigborhood of 6% or so at current price. This pfd pays monthly.........fyi and fwiw.
