I agree, I had "one of those days" and my post reflected my experiences of the day.

One thing I have learned about Officer and Enlisted punishment is that Officer punishment is often out of view and sometimes the understanding of Enlisted folks. And so it should be, I think.

An Officer may receive below average verbage in an OPR and an Enlisted person may get an LOR out of it. The difference is benificial for the Enlisted...he/she tests to get promoted and the guts of an EPR are not as weighed on as heavily until they are looking to make E-8.
