Minimally, you are sending mixed messages.

I do apologize for any mixed messages that may have resulted from my posts. Please allow me to clarify:

We've been brainstorming lately and have begun investigating several different avenues on how to deal with our situation. Walking away from the loan was one of them, so in order to get more info, I turned to the message boards to see what's happened to others. (Based on your orginal post, it would seem as though you've tossed around the same idea in the past.) That's why the title is what it is, and that's why I made another request in my second post to get more info specifically regarding that topic. Originally, I meant this entire thread to be about what would happen IF I walked away (not WHEN).

Instead, though, the topic of conversation began to be more about other ideas (lease-purchase, restructuring loan, etc) and less about my initial request (which is most-welcomed by the way!). Because I truly don't WANT to walk away, that mindset was expressed at that time.

For some reason, though, you stopped talking about your experiences and began to personally attack our character (which I don't think the Fool is all about). I especially don't understand why you would do this when you, yourself, thought of the idea as "sexy".

I would certainly love to hear more specifics about your situation in the past as it applies to my current one (without all the personal attacks that are neither helpful, nor appreciated). In the end, I would really like there to be a bit of information in this post that directly relates to its title. :-)
