You TMF folks are confusing me!

First TMFBogey posts:

Hopefully, if this board catches on, people will help direct you to an appropriate board to ask your question. Or, if there is no appropriate board and someone simply knows the answer, they can answer here or direct you to other resources around the web.

Then TMFKaren posts:

Actually this board is for folks who want to understand the new directory structure of our discussion boards, but I expect general questions will be posted here.

So, just what is the board's purpose? To answer answers of a general nature or to explain the new directory structure???? Or, both?

I assume that I could ask here something like "how many angels fit on the head of a pin?", right?

But if I have a Foolish question - including about the new directory structure - I should go to Ask a Foolish Question, right?

Inquiring minds want to know!
