2 oz of muenster cheese (my favorite)
2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch:
Salad with hard boiled eggs, and bacon (deja vu)
1 bag of almonds (1.5 servings)

Dinner:
Salad with grilled chicken breast

Dessert: sugar free jello with cream
