You didn't quite answer my entire question on this...If I move my 401K into an IRA and then into a Roth IRA, do I pay tax on the EARNINGS that accumulated in the 401K, or just the pre-tax contributions? And I presume the employer match is taxable too?Thanks for all your great help on this board!
