I talked to several of their employees in past company gatherings. Morale is low among their employees for a couple of years now. They received virtually no bonus last year, and there is very little hope for a bonus for 2000. The company has quit growing due to internal politics and an ever-growing competition in their market. There are major problems in several subsidiaries. Being in the MLM industry, like AMWAY, they spend too much money on incentives for their top distributors, which keeps their operation costs too high. I will be getting rid of all my shares shortly.
