Hi again,
well the VA appraisal came in at price with a few minor conditions which means another $100 to reinspect after seller meets the conditions...my broker said he doesn't have the appraisal again, just the sheet saying came in at value...I guess I shouldn't worry about it?
Should I maybe call the VA office myself to find out who the appraiser was/is? Any suggestions appreciated...
