Moved to secondary, was still fermenting a bit and DANG! the yeast cake was immense on this thing considering I pitched it over a secondary yeast cake that was just a ring in bottom of carboy. Easily over an inch thick on top of the trub. (Probably safely away from the beer by that point, so could have left it, but following procedure.) :^)

Taste is interesting and definitely hoppy, but more grapefruit and citrus. Pine only shows up when I remind myself I should be expecting it. :^(

Took one half gallon in seperate fermentor to mix with one ounce boiled juniper berries. Just, you know, because I am ADD and have to do a million things at once. :^D
