I currently have 3 kids (5,7,16)and EdIRA's of about $750 each in AMEX Blue Chip Fund. These are class A (5.75%, ouch!)shares. I am thinking of rolling them over into TIAA-CREF's Equity Index Fund which uses Russell 3000 as a benchmark. Does this seem like a Foolish move, especially when considering the low current balance and a $50/month auto-invest per fund?
