Hi! The returns I'm getting out of my Roth IRA for the investment options I currently have are abysmal. Will I be able to take that money and move it to a different Broker, no harm no foul? I'm worried that the government will see this as a withdrawl, and then I'll be limited in my contributions to the new account to the typical 4k/year.

Please let me know your thoughts! Thanks!
