Mr.Stropki sounds like the "Charlie Munger" of manufacturing.He seems like a rare breed and may be at the helm for 20 or more years, but does he have a succession candidate or plan? It would be very difficult to replace him. To find someone with similar values, drive, and expertise would be a tall order.
