I love them. Here's what I did tonight.I sauteed some thinly sliced garlic in olive oil. When it turned golden (but not brown), I added four medium sized mushrooms, thickly sliced. I cooked them over a low/medium flame for a couple of minutes and then covered the pan. After a few more minutes, I added a little heavy cream, some oregano, some freshly ground pepper and 1/2 tsp of liquid chicken bouillon. Stirred that all for a minute and then put the cover back on and let it simmer for 2 or 3 minutes on low.I had those with my leftover baked pork chop, which I heated in the broiler. I also cooked 3 spears of asparagus in the broiler.Yet another incredibly delicious low-carb meal!!!Christina
