My basic point is that Scottrade refuses to make good on their mistakes!!! The customer be damned!! I've been told by others who use Fidelity that this never would have happened with them.

Thank you for the additional clarification. I was not familiar with the various commission charges so now I see where you are coming from.

Hopefully you will have a good experience with your new broker and not encounter the same issues.
