My brother in law and his wife work for the same company. They have been buying stock for years, and it went from 35 plus to 13. They aren't very happy.

I don't know about you but unless you have a great deal of confidence in your company i wouldn't get too settled in.

If your 401k allows to invest in other funds or stocks you may want to consider that.
