My budget doesn't have this kind of an allocation in it. But, I would sure hate to lose that opportunity. I would also hate to put it on a credit card or depelete my e-fund. Do you have money for this kind of investment set aside? Do you plan for this kind of event? How do you plan for this?

I have taxable funds that I would sell, if I determined that this investment was likely to produce greater gains than the taxable funds.

Or if the investment could be purchased inside an IRA, I might purchase it using my rollover IRA.
