My company contributes 1% as well... What's with all these stingy companies?

Congrats on contributing the max (15% of income)! Not many 22 yr olds are that smart, or in such a good financial position to do that.

I think 85% stocks, and 15% bonds is just fine. I dont know of many people that recommend 100% stocks, even at the young age of 22.
