My favorite all in one exercise, the burpee pullup. Its the old squat thrust pushup immediately going into a pullup. I can crank out about 30 of those. Doing the burpee motion give enough rest time for me that its like doing single pullups with rest.


Cool! Never heard of that one. That would be a great way to work out the whole body. I do full burpees occasionally and emphasise a jump squat at the end as high as I can go.
