My favorite stock is RACN, Racing Champion Corporation, the company makes die-cast replicas of cars and trucks that are three to eight inches in length and sell for $2-$400. Popular items include NASCAR-licensed replicas, Ertl agricultural vehicles (such as tractors), and American Muscle vintage cars and trucks. It also makes William Britain military figurines, figures based on comic book characters, and model kits.
RACN announced today that it has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Electronic Arts (EA) to produce collectible figures and vehicles based on certain properties from popular EA video games such as SSX Tricky, Cel Damage(TM) and Command & Conquer Renegade(TM) from the Command & Conquer(TM) Series. With the strong interest of video games, well the rest is history. It has a low PE, around 19, with earnings, still undiscovered, a NASDAQ small cap stock. Happy Stockpicking!
