My favorites are:

David Elkins' '"Beyond Religion", which explores eight alternative paths to the sacred, including things like art and nature. I got a lot of ideas on things to try from this book.

Denise Linn's "Sacred Space", which talks about creating sacred space in your home. I am very into the idea of home as a sanctuary from the world.

Jean Bolen's "Goddesses in Everywoman", which talks about feminine archetypes in Greek goddesses. I learned quite a bit about myself while reading this.

For sacred poetry and music, I love to listen to Loreena McKennitt's songs. She has the most amazing voice. The first verse to her song "Full Circle" is:

Stars were falling
Deep in the darkness
As prayers rose softly,
Petals at dawn.
And as I listened
Your voice seemed so clear
So calmly you were calling your god.
