My good friend loves it, and I happily gave it to her. Good for you. If you never use it, no one in the family appreciates it, then it's a very good thing if you can find someone who WILL enjoy it and use it. I know a lot of people suffer from "ancestor guilt" (not to be confused with ancestor quilts which are truly wonderful) and end up storing and moving stuff, but never using that stuff, over and over again because they think it would somehow be disloyal to pass the item(s) on to eople who could use them.
