My immediate goal is to FINISH painting my investment property and get it rented! Maybe it hasn't been as long as it seems (3 months), but it sure does seem like I've dragged this out and out and out. My insistence on painting it myself is one I've questioned often. I don't know how much money I've saved, but I do know that I'm looking forward to a whole weekend alone with my yard at my own home.

Then I'll start some of the little projects around my own house. Number 1 is to replace a switch in the ceiling fan light in the living room. I've been letting that go for 2 or 3 years now. (I live alone, I can do this sort of procrastinating stuff).

Next is to pay down the bill for the roof replacement that I had done. Glad to have done it, hate seeing that charge on the credit card.
