My mother and my neighbor and by extension, the other patients who attend the same nutrition classes led by the staff at their doctors' offices.

My mother has been exercising for about 10 years and I have no idea about my neighbor, but she's been fit as long as I've known her.

If it was due to congenital down-regulation of their insulin receptor sites, does that mean they would have also had relatives with the same problem?

I find it interesting that the nutritionists hand out the widely accepted nutritional guidelines, then turn around and call them at home and give out different instructions, asking them to keep it quiet.
