I have a new HP 8500 Pavillion. I set it up to run with my current ISP and not one of the preloaded ones. It connects to the ISP and I can get mail but I cannot get to the internet unless my filtering service is disabled by the ISP. Also, when I tried to access my fool portfolio and my quicken portfolio, I was not recognized. My email ID has remained the same, the only thing that has changed is the computer. Both HP Customer Care and my ISP have no answers. Fortunately, I have another computer, hence this message. Anyone in fooldom have any answers?
