My own personal gem of "Alanese" is this answer to a senators's question:

"I am not entirely sure that what you think you heard me say is exactly what I would want you to think you understand."

Honest; he said that. I'll miss him when he retires.

I still get a kick out of the definition of "is". I didn't vote for him but I sure do miss ol' Slick Willie'.
