My point was stated in my post: "IIRC, the OP said her credit was less than stellar...somewhere in the 600's perhaps? Would that be good enough?"

You say that the loan is based on credit, which is not stellar, and assets, which she personally has little to none, and would have to borrow from parents or others who don't sound flush from her previous description. Does this sound loan worthy to you? I am asking you as the superior mortgage professional you claim to be. Show us your wisdom, Yoda.
