My question to the board is, what can I do with the year old phone that 'won't work'? Practically speaking, the phone works fine, but when I use it in TX, I have the LD and roaming issue. Any suggestions?

There are a number of charity efforts nationwide that accept phones as donations. There's one rather big one that uses the phones to help victims of domestic violence -- http://www.donateaphone.com

Donations are typically tax-deductible.

Hope that helps,

Keith
