My transactions in a cash account generated from a linked Money Market investment account are being reversed. Deposits show as Payments and vice versa. This screws up my balances for both accounts.

I must admit that I am a bit confused. When I first downloaded my account info from my broker an investment account and a cash account were established. The investment portion shows all stock/fund holdings in it's register and the cash account shows all cash/money market activity. If a stock I own pays a dividend it will show in my investment register, noted as a dividend paid, but the dollar amount will show as a deposit in the cash account.
But you said that you created a cash account after downloading the info from your on-line fund. Are we talking about two or three accounts? Did your download create a investment account and a combined Money Market/Cash account and then possibly you created a second "cash" account?

Grasping at straws,
Kurt
