I'm currently on vacation in Seattle. I'm staying at a friend's house for a few days, and then I'm going to stay in a hotel with DH.

I'm not going to count points, but I am going to try to eat reasonably. Host is going to let me grocery shop with her today, so I can stock up on the reasonable stuff. I'm also going to try to get my veggies and my dairy everyday.

I find that breakfast is the hardest part of going to the west coast from the east coast. I don't want to eat right when I get up, but then I get ravenous (by about right now) because I haven't had anything to eat and it feels like lunchtime.

I'm hoping lots and lots of walking will make up the rest. (and I need to remember to write that down for the BCMD) Wish me luck!
