My wife and I are getting ready for Calder tomorrow. We down loaded the past performances for Calder and Belmont. We live near an off betting site but prefer to drive to the 60 miles to Calder and get reserved seating with a television monitor. Just got the new book called: Betting Exotics by Steve Crist. It was only $19.00 and change; including shipping. It took 3 days to get it in the mail from Amazon.
We keep strict records of all bets made and why we made them. Bet small to try to win big. Hit the $587 exacta in the Kentucky Derby based on breeding. Also had the $92.00 exacta for the Belmont. Very upset about Barbaro. Have a poster of him on the wall.
