Grandma and I got abandoned by the parental units who were off to a movie. Since she was watching Eloise with the little ones before bedtime I answered the ring. The guy said he was from "National Research" and asked if I could do a survey to answer questions on health insurance. I suggested that since I was the babysitter grandparent I might not be a good choice for the job... he replied that there was nothing wrong with that. I told him I was visiting from Canada ... to which he replied that he didn't know how to answer that but if I got healthcare insurance from a provider it might be OK. I told him we have a national health insurance system and he thanked me and hung up. Very odd, I wonder what it was that scared him off?
