Just this week, the SEC approved the proposed issuance of common shares to his company I'm planning to invest with. It's actually a transport system here in the Philippines.
My question is: What investing advises could you give to this neophyte before I will go and buy my shares. Would it be good to start buying less or more of the shares. Because I'm thinking that this is a transportation business so it would be good to get more of the shares for their would be less risk.

Thanks in advance
