Hello all, the following is what I am trying to calculate.....

Say I want an X amount of money to have in my IRA when I retire. Also, I can put away $3,000 per year until I retire, lets say 25 years. Taking into consideration compounding, how can I figure out what I would need my yearly return on my portfolio to be in order to get that X amount of money? Is there an easy to understand calculator that can do this, I am so bad at math!
