First time posting-
I recently received my credit report for the first time. I found the following:
1. A credit card that I didn't know I had. I currently have two cards with a combined 6k credit limit. I carry about $1,200 balance on one. Slowly beating it down. Should I use the new card or cancel it?

2. A $50 energy bill from my junior year in college (credit-worthiness was the last thing on my mind then) that was paid in full.

3. A Lowe's bill that was paid in full , although 60 days late.

I plan on disputing 2 & 3. What's the best way to go about this? In writing? The internet? Is it even worth it? Any advice will help.
